Lenovo’s latest teaser reveals that company’s upcoming phablet, the K4 Note will feature a fingerprint sensor and an NFC sensor as well.
The device will be the successor of the Lenovo K3 Note, which was launched earlier this year.
NFC allows users to transfer data between two devices, or connect two devices, and NFC doesn’t require pairing.
It also serve as a smart card, allowing users to make transactions such as payment or ticketing.
The K4 Note is also expected to sport 3GB of RAM, and might also have some changes in the design.
To recall, the Lenovo K3 Note was launched in June for the Indian customers at a price of Rs 9,999.
It is 4G LTE enabled and has a 5.5 inches full HD display, comes with a 1.7 Ghz octa-core processor with a 2 GB RAM packed with the support of a T760 ARM Mali GPU for games.
It comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with OmniVision Pure Cell image sensor for better photography and a 5 megapixel selfie camera.
It also has a 16 GB internal storage and external storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB via a memory card slot.
The device ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Lenovo’s simplified Vibe UI on top. The device powered by a 3,000 mAh battery.
