iBall has launched its new Andi 5.5H Weber smartphone at a price of Rs 6,499. The device went on sale through a third party online retailer.
The device comes with 5.5 inch HD IPS display with 720*1280 pixel resolution and pixel density of 267 ppi.
The smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and also offer dual SIM functionalities.
It boasts an 8MP rear camera with a dual LED flash. iBall says that the rear camera on the handset was just 5-megapixel but will have software enhanced to match 8-megapixel shots.
Other camera features include scene detection, face recognition, low light enhancement, Panorama, geo tagging, burst shot, smile shot, and HDR options.
It also features 5MP front facing shooter with 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The device also has support for 21 Indian regional languages.
On the connectivity front, the device offers 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options.
The smartphone is fuelled by a 2200mAh battery and also include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
In September the company launched its Andi Plation smartphone for the Indian customers at a price of Rs 4,599.
Fuelled by Android 4.4 KitKat operating system Andi 5U Platino packs a 12.7cm (5”) IPS qHD capacitive touch screen display that carries a resolution of 960×540 pixels. It is also crafted with on-board memory of 8GB which is further upgradeable to 32GB.
The Andi Platino comes with an 8MP camera with LED flash, and also houses a front camera for video calling and selfies. It is also comes equipped with a high-capacity battery 2000mAh battery.
The dual SIM supporting device enables users to access high speed 3G HSPA+ downlink of 21Mbps and uplink of 5.7 Mbps and also encompasses Bluetooth as well as enabling users to share work. It includes features such as Wi-Fi, wireless display connectivity and Bluetooth.
