Huawei’s 2017 flagship offering included P10 and P10 Plus smartphones. The technology giant only recently updated its Mate 9 handset with the latest Android Oreo. The firm is now expected to move on to the P10 series.
Huawei has already rolled out the Oreo beta program for both the smartphones. Under this program, both P10 and P10 Plus smartphones will be receiving not only the Oreo OS update but a customized proprietary EMUI 8.0 skin on top. The market witnessed the introduction of EMUI 8.0 skin for the first time with the launch of Mate 10, which took place in October this year.

Individuals are provided with the opportunity to register for the Oreo beta program by Huawei. Those who find themselves interested in this offer, are required to sign up with Huawei between November 14 and November 16. Once individuals are done filling in all the details in the application form, they will be expected to enter the serial number as well as the account number on the handset.
Soon after Mate 9 and P10 series receives the Android Oreo update, other premium offerings by the same company will also be upgraded to Oreo. Experts assume that it might take at least a month for Huawei to completely roll out the final Oreo program to all its smartphone users.
Huawei’s EMUI 8.0 skin comes along with several modern-day features. The list includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) related features. The software upgrade is expected to give the smartphone a major boost both in terms of performance as well as mobile aesthetics.
