Huawei is hosting a media event on April 15 in London, where the company is expected to showcase its Ascend P8 smartphone.
The invite says “It’s coming” with Huawei’s logo on it. According to GSMArena, Huawei is all set to introduce Ascend P7’s successor.
Rumors suggest that Huawei Ascend P8 will sport a unibody design with 5.2-inch full-HD display. It is powered by a octa-core Kirin 930 processor with 3GB RAM.
It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and packs a dual 13MP rear camera and is juiced by a 2600mAh battery.
Huawei sold one million smartphones in India in 2014.
The company hopes to achieve 10 million sales target in the next couple of years.
Company’s device division has generated $200 million revenue in India last year.
