Fly Mobiles has launched its Snap smartphone at a price of Rs 2,999.
The company claims that it’s the cheapest smartphone available in the Indian market and will be selling exclusively through e-commerce website Snapdeal.
The device comes with a 4 inch IPS LCD display with 800*480 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad core processor coupled with 512MB RAM.
It is a dual SIM smartphone that runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS. It also offers 3G connectivity.
The phone is equipped with a 5MP rear camera with flash as well as a 2MP front facing camera. It has 4GB internal storage capacity which can be expanded up to 16GB via microSD card.
On the connectivity front it offers 3G, Bluetooth, GPS, USB and also has integrated Google Drive. It is juiced by a 1500mAh battery.
In February, the company launched Qik and Qik+ smartphones.
The Qik series support FOTA for over-the-air upgrade to Lollipop. Also, the Qik series come with two free Screen Guard to protect the display.
Qik+ comes with Mediatek 1.7 GHz Octa Core Processor, features a 13MP primary camera and a 5MP front camera. It has a 12.7 cm (5″) HD screen with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels (293 pixels per inch).
Qik on the other hand is powered by the Mediatek’s Octa-Core 1.7 GHz processor and has an 8MP Auto Focus rear camera and 5MP front camera. The device features an IPS display with One Glass Solution technology.
