Chinese smartphone vendor, Coolpad has unveiled their Note 3 smartphone in the Indian market at a price of Rs 8,999. It will be selling exclusively through the e-commerce website Amazon.in.
The new smartphone comes with an integrated fingerprint sensor and packs a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with 720*1280 pixel resolution.
It is powered by a 64-bit 1.3GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor coupled with 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It runs on Cool UI 6.0 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The smartphone sports a 13MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash. It also has a 5MP front facing camera along with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 64GB.
On the connectivity front the device offers 4G LTE connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is fuelled by a 3000mAh battery.
The fingerprint sensor is said to support 360-degree finger rotation, and offer speedy recognition in 0.5 seconds. It features compass, gravity, proximity, ambient light, and gyroscope sensors.
Earlier the company launched the Dazen X7 smartphone at a price of Rs 17,999.
It features a 5.2″ FHD display, 13MP f/1.8 rear camera and 8MP front shooter. The phone runs on true Octa-core 1.7 GHz, with 2GB RAM, and 16GB storage, and is powered by a 2700mAh battery, along with extended battery up to 50 percent. The phone will be available in Gold and Titanium white colors.
