Panasonic, ahead of the current festival season, announced latest price of its smartphone range in India.
The devices major has products at all price points. Recently, it said its low-end smartphone models will be targeted for rural and urban markets.
Though Panasonic has a strong financial background and well known consumer electronics portfolio, it is not doing well in the phone business. It is unable to compete with Samsung, Nokia, Apple, LG, Sony, etc.
In an advertisement in prominent dailies in Delhi, Panasonic said its T31 smartphone will cost at Rs 7,990. There is no exchange offer from Panasonic. The dual SIM T31 smartphone has a 4-inch display; 1.3 GHz dual core processor; 3.2 MP camera; Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS; 1300 mAh battery.
The price of T21 HD is Rs 13,990 in India. The dual SIM, 4.5-inch T21 HD has 1.2 GHz dual core processor; 8MP camera with auto focus; Android 4.1 Jelly Bean; 1700 mAh battery and full HD 1080p video playback.
Panasonic P11 HD is priced at Rs 15,990. The 5-inch dual SIM P11 HD has 1.2 GHz quod core processor, 8MP camera with auto focus; Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and 2,000 mAh battery. It comes with a free interchangeable back panel worth Rs 1,290.
The company says P51 HD will be priced at Rs 18,990. The 5-inch dual SIM P51 HD has 1.2 GHz quad core processor; 8 MP camera with auto focus; Android 4.2 Jelly Bean; 2500 mAh battery, magnetic flip cover and stylus.
Panasonic T11 is priced at Rs 9,790. The dual SIM 4-inch T11 has 1.2 GHz quad core processor; 5 MP camera with auto focus; Android 4.1 Jelly Bean; 1500 mAh battery,
