Maxx Mobile says MX100 Leader feature phone targets the Indian semi urban and rural users. The phone priced at Rs 1,932 comes with 4400 mAh battery and LED torch.

The new budget phone was launched on Thursday – at the India Telecom 2013 summit — by Indian telecom minister Kapil Sibal along with state communication ministers Milind Deora and Kruparani Killi.
