BlackBerry is back in action in India with a couple of new offers for smartphone users. The Canadian phone vendor announced exchange offer for BlackBerry Q10 and new prices for BlackBerry Q5 in a bid to offload its stocks before the fiscal-end.
BlackBerry is offering BlackBerry Q10, a Qwerty smartphone, for an effective price of Rs 32,990 in India if you are ready to exchange your old smartphone.
BlackBerry Q10 runs on BlackBerry 10.2.1 operating system, features HD quality sound, 2GB RAM, improved battery life and FM radio station. It works on 2G and 3G data plans.
The price of BlackBerry Q5 is Rs 19,990, according to an advertisement in select media in Delhi, India.
The smartphone vendor is offering BlackBerry 9720 at a price of Rs 15,990, while BlackBerry Curve 9220 is priced at Rs 9,990.
BlackBerry 9720 and BlackBerry Curve 9220 are on BlackBerry 7.1 OS, which is continuing to get market acceptance. The company said data plan for BlackBerry 7.1 OS starts at Rs 129 per month for Idea Cellular subscribers.
