After much anticipation, OnePlus has taken the wraps off OnePlus 5T smartphone. With this, the technology giant has expanded its 2017 flagship family.
The OnePlus 5T (64GB ROM/6GB RAM) model is available for a starting price of $499 while the (64GB ROM/8GB RAM) model comes for a price of $459. The Chinese company has already made the smartphone available for pre-order. The first phase of shipping is already begun from November 21. The device is exclusively available for purchase on Amazon.in in India. The company is also providing a number of offers on the phone.

The handset comes packed with premium-level specifications at a comparatively inexpensive price. In comparison to Samsung Galaxy S8, OnePlus 5T carries a very cost-effective price tag.
In terms of design, OnePlus 5T packs a similar look as the OnePlus 5 smartphone. When compared to its predecessors, OnePlus 5 and 5T packs dramatically thinner bezels. The device equips an aluminum unibody design with the circular fingerprint sensor placed on the rear panel. The device further goes on to include a 6-inch full HD AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18:9.
On the camera front, the smartphone features a dual rear camera setup with a single 16-megapixel primary sensor and another 20-megapixel secondary sensor along with f/1.7 aperture and f/1.7 aperture respectively. According to OnePlus, the handset’s camera is designed in a manner so as to deliver quality performance especially in low-light settings.
OnePlus 5T will face competition from Samsung Galaxy S8 and Google Pixel 2 in the high-end Android smartphone market. Stay tuned for more news and updates on technology.
