OnePlus launched their first 18:9 display smartphone, OnePlus 5T, on November 16 in New York. The highlight of the device is its price; 5T is incredibly cheaper. Looking at the specs and feature of the phone one could argue the device might cost around $700-$800 but it’s not true. The flagship is priced at $499 for 64GB and $559 for 128GB.

OnePlus 5T sports 18:9 aspect ratio display with 1080 x2160 resolution. In terms of design, the phone is quite similar to its sibling, OnePlus 5. The notable changes in the 5T compared to OnePlus 5 are the fingerprint sensor on the back and display size.
The device also comes with face-unlocking feature, similar to Apple’s face ID for security purpose apart from fingerprint sensor. It is worth noting that Apple’s face ID is far ahead of 5T’s face recognition feature. The 16MP and 20MP real dual-lens camera is by far best camera in OnePlus devices with 16MP snapper.
The handset is powered by Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB or 8GB RAM versions. The phone runs on Android Nougat. One of the drawbacks of the phone is that OnePlus 5T is not water and dust resistance.
