Lumia 630 builds on the success of Lumia 520 and 525 and consolidate the company’s position in the fast growing affordable smartphone segment further, said P Balaji, managing director, Nokia India.

The smartphone is powered by two separate phone and messaging tiles in different colors to keep calls, contacts, messages and calendars of each SIM separate, helping avoid confusion between the two.  One can also link both phone tiles into one and/or link both messaging tiles into one.

The smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that can deliver the performance required for running common apps like WhatsApp, WeChat and Instagram. It also integrates features like Action Centre, Microsoft Enterprise feature pack, Microsoft Office, OneDrive,  Camera, and HERE Maps and Drive+.

For entertainment, Lumia 630 delivers Xbox games, the latest version of MixRadio, providing free music streaming and Storyteller on the 4.5” ClearBlack screen, which offers better viewing angles and visibility in bright conditions.

The 5-MP autofocus camera and advanced imaging applications like Nokia Camera and Cinemagraph delivers outstanding imaging experience.  The new SensorCore brings low power motion sensing to help people track their activity all day.

Lumia 630 is powered by 1830mAh battery and boasts expandable memory up to 128 GB using a USD card.

Microsoft also launched Treasure Tag, which uses sensors to keep track of valuables like keys, wallet or bags.  Additionally, Lumia 630 users will also be able pair it with the new, colorful Bluetooth Mini Speaker.
