HP India on Monday said it will resolve hardware and software related complaints on consumer notebooks within 24 hours.
HP Pavilion, HP Envy, HP 15 and HP Stream are the company’s consumer notebooks.
The company is offering the service in 65 key cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune and Ahmedabad, said HP.
With the Next Business Day resolution service, HP consumers can register their complaints with HP call center and a service engineer will address the issues at customer site, within the stipulated time period.
“With our Next Business Day resolution service, we will address the client issues immediately and diminish the operational hassles,” said Ketan Patel, director – Computing Category, HP PPS India.
HP in a statement issued on Monday said that Next Business Day resolution service will offer resolution on the issues without any extra charges, covered under the terms and conditions of the device during the purchase made by the consumer.
