Sony India has launched ultra slim quad core smartphone Xperia T3 at a retail price of Rs 27,990.
Built on BRAVIA technologies, the Xperia T3 has a high-resolution 5.3″ HD TRILUMINOS display. Powered by 1.4 GHz quad core processor, the device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operation system out-of-the-box. The device sports an 8 MP auto-focus rear camera with LED flash and a Sony Exmor RS sensor.
The Xperia T3’s rear camera comes with features such as scene detection, HDR, face recognition, red-eye reduction, sweep Panorama and geo tagging. It also houses a 1.1-megapixel front-facing camera.
The smartphone comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage, and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. It supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, DLNA, NFC, Micro-USB and 3G connectivity options.
The device, which supports only single SIM, has a 2500mAh battery, which offers to deliver up to 13 hours of talk time and 688 hours of standby time. The Sony device will be available in three colors – Black, Purple and White.
Sony Xperia T3 comes with apps such as Social live, AR effect, Timeshift burst, Creative effects and Portrait Retouch. The smartphone also has features such as Xperia Transfer that helps user to move the contact, photos, bookmarks, apps and music from old devices to new. It also envisages transferring directly from device to device.
