Meanwhile, Asus is also reportedly gearing up to launch ZenFone 5 series smartphones, the successors of ZenFone 4. The two upcoming devices might be ZenFone 5 Lite and ZenFone 5 Max.

The Taiwanese tech giant has reportedly sent the media invites for its conference at MWC 2018. Asus has recently tweeted a picture regarding its MWC conference with the caption, “Save the date this 02.27 for #MWC18 and let’s #Backto5.” As the tweet suggests, company’s keynote is scheduled on February 27. The invitation suggests that the company might unveil ZenFone 5 series smartphone.
In terms of specs and feature, not much is known. However, if rumors are to be believed, the mentioned smartphones are expected to run on Android 8.0 out of the box. ZenFone 5 Lite is likely to feature a 6-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio, while detail regarding ZenFone 5 Max’s screen is not confirmed. Furthermore, Both the devices could run on the Snapdragon processor.
