The 4.3-inch HTC One Mini comes with 720 x 1280 pixels (~342 ppi pixel density).
HTC One — you may have already used this phone — has a bigger size with 4.7-inch display and 1080 x 1920 pixels, (~469 ppi pixel density).
HTC One Mini sports 16GB internal memory and IGB RAM.
One the other hand, HTC One features 32 / 64GB internal memory and 2GB RAM.
HTC One Mini runs on Android OS, v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean), while HTC One is powered by Android OS, v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), upgradable to v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean).

HTC One Mini also features strong battery. Its non-removable Li-Po 1800 mAh battery offers stand by upto 500 hours on 2G and upto 692 hours on 3G networks. Besides, talktime of up to 20 hours and 40 minutes on 2G and up to 13 hours and 20 minute on 3G network.
