Micromax and Xiaomi recently launched their entry-level smartphones, Bharat 5 and Redmi 5A, respectively. Both the companies are in a clash to gain market share of the mentioned smartphone market segment in India.
Micromax has given the tagline to its smartphone, “The Power of 5,” while XiaomiRedmi 5A came with the slogan of “Deshka smartphone.”
Bharat 5 comes with the price of INR 5,555. On the other hand, Redmi 5A will cost customer INR 4,999 (For first five million customers).

Specs and features comparison
The mentioned devices have plastic built-in. Bharat 5 has an upper hand over Redmi 5A in terms of battery capacity as the former features 5000mAh battery in comparison to 5A’s 3000 mAh battery. The Xiaomi handset beats Micromax when it comes to RAM with 2GB in comparison to 1GB of Bharat 5.
Micromax handset features 1.6GHz quad-core MediaTek processor with 16GB internal memory. Meanwhile, Redmi 5A sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor 16GB internal storage.

Bharat 5 comes up with the 5.2-inch HD display and Redmi 5A marks a 5-inch fully-laminated HD display. In terms of camera, Micromax smartphone features 5-MP primary camera with Bokeh Mode while Xiaomi smartphone has 13MP Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) rear camera.
Note: XiaomiRedmi 5A has two versions, 2GB RAM + 16GB storage and 3GB RAM + 32GB storage; here we have compared 2GB RAM version.
