Motorola has announced ‘Moto Xpress’, a pilot project to provide after- sale services to its consumers in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.
Moto Xpress is a home pick up and drop service, that will fix software and accessory related issues, within an hour and hardware issues will be resolved within 5 working days. The ‘Moto Xpress’ service can be availed for just INR 199 per service.
Users have to dial a Moto Xpress Service Booking number ‘011-41717124′ in order to register a request. Soon a trained Motorola representative will be at user’s doorstep.
In addition users can use the Moto Help App to directly chat and call the customer care executives.
Last month, the company also launched Moto G 3rd Gen, the latest version of Moto G for Rs 11,999 in India.
Moto G 3rd Gen features IPX7-rated protection that keeps your smartphone from splashes and accidental drops in water.
It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with a 1.4 GHz quad-core CPU. The Moto G (3rd Gen) will have 4G LTE network speed capability.
Moto G (3rd Gen) features a 13 MP imaging sensor, f2.0 lens, and Hybrid Multilayer IR cut filter and a 5MP front facing camera.
The back of the Moto G 3rd Gen features an updated design with a new metallic accent around the camera and a new texture for additional grip, plus the same great curved design for easy one-handed use.
